I ordered a wheelchair for my mother in law. I meaaaged playa mobility once we arrived via WhatsApp and they messaged me back within minutes and had a wheelchair for us deliver within hours of arriving. Very communicative and respectful of our needs. Once we had wheelchair front wheel was a bit tight. I messaged again and they had another delivered within a half an hour. Would highly recommend.
